Local RAG Assistant — Microsoft Foundry Local
A fully offline question-answering assistant that answers from your own documents with citations. Turkish morphology-aware search (dotted/dotless I, apostrophe suffixes, vowel-harmony stemming), hybrid semantic + keyword retrieval, vector storage in SQLite. It refuses to invent answers that aren't in the documents and audits its own output, flagging unsupported sentences. Ships with a 4–6 week summer-school curriculum.
